Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation Policy All sessions must be booked in advance via our online booking system. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with the session details. Payments for each session must be made at the time of booking. If you are booking a series of sessions or a plan, please ensure payment is made in full for the agreed package. For video conferencing appointments, the link will be provided upon confirmation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For no-shows, the full session fee will be charged. To reschedule, please contact us directly, and we will accommodate the next available slot. In cases of emergency or extenuating circumstances, please reach out, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Waitlist & Priority Scheduling Policy If a session is fully booked, you can join our waitlist to be notified of any available openings. Once a spot becomes available, we will contact you immediately, and you will have 24 hours to confirm your booking. If you do not confirm within the given time, the next person on the waitlist will be offered the spot. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a session, but we will prioritize your request for any cancellations or schedule adjustments.
