About Katerina Skapoullis

As an accredited Health and Wellbeing Coach and certified Menopause Champion, my passion is to create awareness about women’s health and hormonal changes.

My speciality is in women's health and menopause, guiding and supporting women through the physically and emotionally challenging hormonal stages, from pre-menopause to perimenopause and post-menopause.

My experience and attention to recognising other related potential conditions is important as there may be a need for specialist care and signposting to healthcare professionals. Conditions can include menstruation, endometriosis, PCOs (polycystic ovaries), PMS, PMDD, anxiety, general genitourinary conditions infertility.

Female health is complex. There is no quick fix!

The coaching I provide, is a transitional process, whereby learning about your body is vital to recognising your unique hormone-related symptoms and understanding the best way for you to manage them.

Coaching provides the safe space and time for yourself and to learn to accept that hormonal transitions are not something to be feared. With the right tools and strategies you can conquer the challenges and turn them into positives, not allowing them to rule your life!

My education is in science and applied biology. Proudly my professional background carries over 20 years experience in the medical and pharmaceutical industry. I retrained as a Health and Wellbeing Coach and certified as a licensed Menopause Champion with Menopause Experts Group.

As a wife and mother of two teenage boys, I understand the daily life challenges and the importance of work-life balance.  â€‹

Since my teens and throughout my career, I have had (and still have) my own fair share of hormone-related health conditions, which means I have personally faced the challenges, experienced the knock backs in the healthcare system and found solutions the hard way. Where I am now, I see it as a privilege to be able to understand other women's journeys and deeply empathize with the physical, emotional and psychological challenges they face during their hormonal transitions.

As a coach, with my experience and evidence based education in women's health, I can offer a unique perspective and thorough insight into your health.

I continue my journey of self development in all aspects of physical and emotional hormone health to ensure I provide my clients with the best opportunities, latest information and resources, empowering them to make educated decisions to optimise their health.

My Vision

To educate women to understand the function of their hormones enables them to effectively manage their symptoms, improve their quality of life and future health.

To empower women to make suitable decisions when it comes to their health. The treatment and management options are countless! So it is important to know the options available, whether the preference is conventional medication, holistic alternatives or lifestyle changes.

To provide knowledge that helps women build confidence to conquer their challenges and take back control in their personal and professional lives.

To support women in the best possible way by providing personalised one-to-one coaching, workplace training to businesses, group workshops and talks at events.
